Jim Lucier moved to Duxbury with his family in 1963. Following high school, Jim attended Northeastern University and used Duxbury as his home base during vacations and summer breaks. After college he spent three years as an Assistant Construction Manager in San Francisco, followed by 20 years as a Construction Attorney, representing some fo the largest homebuilders in the US.
By virtue of his construction background, Jim acquired a detailed knowledge of the important qualities to look for in real estate and using that knowledge to assist home buyers and sellers in making educated choices about their real estate investments.
With an acute awareness of how his youth on the South Shore helped tailor his career success, Jim is determined to give back to the community by volunteering for the South Shore division of Habitats For Humanity helping to evaluate the suitability of properties for development of affordable housing.
Jim's lifelong ties to the community of Duxbury and his involvement coaching Duxbury Youth Hockey along with his construction, legal background and humanitarian objectives, render him a turnkey professional that is ready to hit the ground running for home buyers, sellers and investors throughout the community.
