Kristen Frazier is a lifelong resident of the south shore. In 2005, Kristen and her husband James settled into Duxbury where they are raising their two boys, Dylan and Grayson. An accomplished photographer Kristen worked for many years as the owner of Kristen Frazier photography where she specialized in children's and family photography. In 2013 she founded the local non-profit, Wicked Good Cause Org, a community-based organization that provides philanthropic support to local South Shore families that have been affected by unforeseen illness, accident or tragedy. Growing the grassroots non-profit became a passion of Kristen. Her love of helping people and business as well as cultivating relationships and networking proved to be a valuable attribute. She was recently honored for her charitable work by the Town of Duxbury where she was named the Grand Marshal of the 4th of July Parade for 2017, additionally, she was honored by the Patriots and Kraft organization during halftime at Gillette Stadium as a Difference Maker of the week celebrating volunteerism. After both of her boys began to attend school full days she began her successful career in real estate. Her vast knowledge of each town and it’s attributes proved to be an important asset in real estate sales. In her first year, Kristen was one of the top ten producers in Duxbury. Her interest in redesign, staging, redecorating, and renovating led to a RESA certification in Staging and Redesign. The understanding and connections in the area coupled with the organization and re-design skills offer clients a stress-free experience in selling or buying their home.
